Group History

Nasr Isfahan Company was incorporated on February 1993 as a private joint stock company under registration No. 9541 at Isfahan Company registration office with the aim of providing engineering & technical services in civil projects, rural development and technical & infrastructural services in agriculture section, afterwards it officially transferred to Tehran, the capital city of Iran, and was established on August 2015 under registration No.477144 at Tehran company registration office and after that its name was changed to “NASR SEPEHR Development & Construction International Group”
This Group has developed its activities in different sections such as Roads, Tunnels, Energy, Bridges, Subways, Oil & Gas, Buildings, Irrigation and Drainage networks & Main channels Agriculture and biggest Pressurized Irrigation projects.
The Group has made great strides in execution of professional and unique civil projects by obtaining Grade 1 in three work fields (Road & Transportation, Water, Installations & Equipment), Grade 2 in two work fields (Building, Agriculture) and Grade 5 in two work fields (Oil & Gas, Industry & Mine)from official authorities (Planning and Strategic Supervision department of President), in parallel with renovation of machinery fleet on one hand and improving technical & engineering capabilities on the other hand.
Also the Group has made initial strides in exporting technical and engineering services to other countries specially Islamic countries of the Middle-East region and beyond concurrent with expanding its activities throughout the country. For this purpose, the Group has made its efforts to enhance the quality and quantity of its main investments, that is, the specialized, committed and well-experienced human resources and concurrent with obtaining appropriate & durable financial ability, it tried to improve other resources such as machinery well.
The establishment of Quality Management Comprehensive Systems ISO 9001:2015 – ISO 14001:2015 OHSAS 18001:2007 ISO 10006 :2017 ISO 10004:2012 and obtaining global new standards, using new methods and technologies such as Value Engineering in one of biggest projects and achieving the “1st contracting company in applying Value Engineering” with 17 % cost saving, are all evidences which convey the special concentration of this Group on improving the quality & speed and at the same time decreasing costs as well as protecting the environment and human resource capitals.
The Group’s participation in domestic scientific associations and meetings, applying modern and up-to-date methods and technologies integrated and continuous planning for maintaining, training and permanent improving of human resources, have all proven its capabilities. Pooya Beton Nasr Company is one of subsidiaries of Nasr Sepehr Development & Construction nternational Group which was incorporated at Isfahan company registration office on 30 April 2009 under registration No.36652 and National ID No.10260542171 with the aim of research, development and making use of modern technologies related to concrete industry.This company is comprised of university professors, professional engineers and experts in various fields of concrete and concrete structure which are familiar with the related modern technologies and through established factory, the company is able to produce different kinds of precast concrete segments, industrial & special types of concrete for the market by using high quality materials.

Omran Pardis Nasr Co.

Omran Pardis Nasr Company is one of subsidiaries of Nasr Sepehr Development & Construction International Group which was incorporated at Isfahan company registration office on 31 January 2011 under registration No.42997 and National ID No.10260608287 with the aim of creating residential & industrial parks, recreational & cultural villages, transport terminals, etc.

The scope of activities of this company is comprised of supervision and implementation of constructional projects including residential, administrative, commercial, installations, etc. as well as studying, and implementing projects such as urbanization, lands leveling & infrastructure and implementation of contracting works (whether the company plays the role as a client or as a contractor), producing and procuring materials, constructional tools and machinery and other relevant instruments and substances from inside or outside of country, cooperating with individuals and legal entities and entering contracts for creating, constructing, developing and completing constructional & installation projects and related industries as well as carrying out all authorized commercial activities inside or outside of country, which are directly (or indirectly) connected to all or some of the aforementioned subjects.

Rasin Bonyan Pars Company is one of commercial subsidiaries of Nasr Sepehr Group which was incorporated at Tehran company registration and industrial property office as O private joint stock company on December 1st 2012 under registration No.331899
Significant activities of this company are stated as below:
Performing all economic activities, purchasing, selling and distributing various domestic goods, performing all kinds of commercial and brokerage activities, attending in domestic and foreign exhibitions. Importing and exporting all authorized commercial goods, taking sales representative from foreign companies and reputable domestic companies, cooperating and investing in economic & commercial affairs with individuals and legal entities, participating in tenders and auctions of governmental organizations and private companies, getting loans and credits (I.R.Rials and Foreign Exchange) from all banks and authorized financial & credit institutions any to realize the company’s goals, purchasing securities and the shares of accepted companies in stock exchange & over the counter for the company, supporting and supplying needed goods.

Greenhouse Cultivation Farm

 Project Description:

Since greenhouse crops are one of the main policies of the Resistance Economy and the Ministry in the field of sustainable agriculture (by increasing production per unit area, managing time and location, saving water consumption, continuing labor and production in all seasons and producing healthy crops), In the framework of these policies Nasr Sepehr Group started to build and develop greenhouse complexes in Isfahan and  Chaharmahal-and-Bakhtia  provinces by investing in HOSEIN-ABAD greenhouse complex at Tiran- and-Karvan County with the area of 5 hectares, which its first phase has been launched.

Main purposes of greenhouse complexes are as bellow:

  • Organizing and developing new units in the form of sustainable agriculture based on the accumulation of production, processing and marketing processes.

Fish Breeding in Cage (Lake of Karun-4 Dam)

Following the directions of the Supreme Leader of Iran and policies of Resistance Economy and providing food security in the country, Nasr Sepehr Development & Construction International Group has invested in the field of Fish Breeding in Cages in provinces of  Chaharmahal-and-Bakhtiri, Gilan and Southern Islands of the country.

Nasr Sepehr Group has designed and implemented the first “Fish Breeding in Cage” project with the capacity of 500 tons at the lake of Karoon-4 Dam in Chaharmahal-and-Bakhtiri province with domestic technology in accordance with the latest European standards and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)
