Introduction
The third company of the group is Energy Pak Soroush Hormozan Co. that founded in 2015. The main activities of the company is investment in renewable energy sources (including wind farms, solar power plants, incinerators)
In August 2016 this company signed a tripartite agreement with the companies from Germany and the Netherlands in order to invest in construction of wind and solar farms up to 500 MW over the next 5 years.
At the moment the company is implementing a wind farm in Khaf region (Khorasan – Razavi Province of Iran) with the capacity of 30 MW.
All the necessary permissions have been obtained (SUNA license, Regional electricity organization license and Grid Connection License).
On October 23rd 2016 an agreement signed between Global Renewable Investments of Netherland as financer and Sumec of China as EPC contractor and this company.
We hope to equip the workshop on October 2017 to start the first phase of project with the capacity of 30 MW. Capital expenditure of the project is 43 Million Euros.
